Check - in = 9:15am to 9:45am

Play begins = 10am

Format = Pool Play followed by Single Elimination Bracket

Cost = $86 per team All Players must have current 2023 - 2024 USAV Membership & AVP Membership

Top 2 Teams per Division will receive bids

AVP bids will be given with a minimum of 5 teams per division!

USAV bids will be given with no minimum number of teams per division

TOURNAMENT INFORMATION:

1. A Player is eligible to earn multiple bids in different age divisions but can accept only

ONE (1) bid for each age division.

2. Bids are individual and are awarded to each player on a team that earned them from a BRQ

a.) BRQ: The top two (2) finishing teams (1st, 2nd) in the Gold playoff bracket, per gender and age group, will receive bids to the American Division at the USA National Beach Tour Junior Championships. Bids may trickle down to 5th place teams.

3.Divisions will be combined to make divisions work for the tournament

This is a Junior Beach Doubles tournament.

Any Junior players can play. All Players must have current 2023 - 2024 USAV Membership & AVP Membership

All teams must pre-register for this event.

Please make sure you sign up in the right division

There will be food and beverages for sale at the concession stand.

UNIFORM - USA BEACH UNIFORM IS TANK TOP & SPANDEX OR SHORTS. (NO SPORTS BRA OR BIKINI UNIFORMS WILL BE ALLOWED)

TOURNAMENT RULES:

Pool Play (to seed teams for bracket) followed by Single Elimination Bracket play

Rally Scoring

Games played to 21. Teams will switch sides on multi 7. Must win by 2.

All Teams get 1 timeout (1min.). Also get a technical time out win score totals 21.

Block will count as a contact

No subs allowed. 5 minute injury time out before playing decision needs to be made.

Players are not allowed to contact the net.

Format is subject to change due to team entries.

NOT ALLOWED:

NO COOLERS- Only Players May Bring in a Small Lunch Box

NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS

NO GLASS CONTAINERS of any kind

NO TAILGATING

NO ALCOHOL

NO SMOKING

NO FOOD IN THE SAND

No cursing or poor sportsmanship

No weapons inside beach facility

REFUNDS:

One week or more out - Refunds will be giving with a 5% charge taken out.

NO refunds or credits 72 hours before the event
