The 1st Annual Jon Rose Ball Punt Classic will be held in memory of Jon's dedication and passion for the sport of volleyball on May 19th, 2018. We will always remember him as a special part of the GAV family!

We will have a special contest to honor Jon's legacy and raise money for SPUR (Special People United to Ride). This is a cause special to Jon's family. We will also be taking donations at check in to support this amazing program.

 Saturday: Men`s and Women`s 2s Open, AA, A, B

 Sunday: Coed 2s AA, A, BB, B, Junior Girls - 18U, 16U, 14U, 12U

****There will be no junior boys divisions at this event.

CHECK-IN LOCATION & TIME:

1 Broadway, Point Pleasant, NJ

Saturday: 8:00-8:30AM

Sunday: 8:30-9:00AM

Any team arriving after check in closes may be charged a $10 late fee and is not guaranteed a spot in the event. Refunds will only be given in the event the tournament is canceled prior to the start of the event. No exceptions.

ENTRY FEES

All fees are per team.

Entry fees do not include parking or beach access fees.

Men`s and Women`s Open:

Early Bird (before midnight Tuesday)-$70

Pre-Registered (midnight Tuesday until 3PM Friday)-$75

Walk On (at the event)-$80

Men`s, Women`s, Coed, Juniors:

Entry fee includes a tournament t-shirt and fruit and water in our Players` Tent (while supplies last)!

PRIZES:

Men's/Women's Open: 90% Payout to 1st, 2nd and two 3rds

All other divisions: GAV/Sponsor Merchandise Prizes (apparel, sunglasses, sandsocks, backpacks, etc.) to 1st, 2nd, and two 3rds

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• Please notify GAV by emailing info@greatamericanvolleyball prior to the start of the event if you are registered for the tournament but do not plan to play. Any 'no shows' will be required to pay the walk-on fee at the next tournament.

• Refunds will not be issued for 'no shows' unless prior notification is given.

• Men's and women's teams must play in the men's/women's divisions respectively. Coed teams must play in the coed divisions.
