Join us for the Fall 2017 edition of the Southern Sand Master`s Volleyball Tournament. THE MASTERS/CENTURY DIVISIONS IS FOR PLAYERS 35 AND OVER WHO DON`T CONSIDER THEMSELVES ACTIVE OPEN-LEVEL TOURNAMENT CONTENDERS STILL!

Also coinciding with the Masters event will be a Boys King of the Beach tournament. Open to any boys looking to play. No need to sign-up with a partner either!

Divisions offered:
MASTERS - Men`s/Women`s/Coed (Sign-up for Women`s Open, Men`s Open, or Coed Open) - Players must have a combined age of 80 or more. The youngest allowed player will be 35 if playing with someone 45 or older. This division is intended to be for those seeking the highest level of competition available at the event.

CENTURY - Men`s/Coed (Sign-up for Men`s AA, Coed AA) - Players must have a combined age of 100 or more. The youngest allowed player will be 35. Players can play-up in a Masters` division if seeking the highest level of competition available.

Cost:
$50/team if registering by end of Tuesday, September 12th. Special event t-shirts provided until we run out with priority given to those that sign-up first.
$60/team if registering September 13-15.
$10/player for the Boys King of the Beach (current USAV membership required)

Payment will be at check-in. Cash or checks accepted.

Check-in: 8:30 AM
Competition Start: 9:00 AM
Competition End: 3:00PM (subject to weather and any large divisions)

Format:
Pool play followed by single elimination tournament. When possible we will strive to minimize wait times between play.

Minimum of 4 teams necessary or division is subject to combining with another division.

Prizes given to first place team (minimum of 4 teams) and second place team (minimum of 8 teams).Prizes may include sponsor merchandise, gift cards, and refund of registration fees.

Directions:

From Raleigh (North and East): Take I-40 to Exit 293A (US1/64-S) Take Exit 98B (US 64-W) from US1 Take the Apex/Downtown Exit from US 64-W Turn left onto N. Salem St. Take first right onto Old Jenks Rd. After passing the first stop light, the complex will be on the left. From Sanford (South): Take US-1 N to Exit 98B (US 64-W) Take the Apex/Downtown Exit from US 64-W Turn left onto N. Salem St. Take first right onto Old Jenks Rd. After passing the first stop light, the complex will be on the left. From Pittsboro (West): Take US-64 E to the Apex/Downtown Exit Turn left onto N. Salem St. which then becomes Davis Dr. At stop light for Old Jenks Rd, turn left. The complex will be on the left.
