Sunday: Long Island Junior Regionals, Volley America Junior Nationals Qualifier for Girls 18U, 16U & 14U

  • Saturday: Open divisions 8 am, all other divisions 8:30 am
  • Sunday: All divisions check-in at 9-9:30 am

  • Saturday: MO, WO, MAA, WAA, MA, MB, WA, WB, 4s, Competitive Coed 6s, Recreational Coed 6s
  • Sunday: CAA, CA, CB, Junior 2s (Boys & Girls 18U, 16U, 14U, 12U)

  • Open: 90% of entry fees returned as prize money, 1st: 50%, 2nd: 30%, 3rd: 10% (two 3rds)
  • AA: 1st: $150/team, 2nd: $100/team, 3rd: Merchandise Prize
  • 4s/Coed C6s/Coed R6: 1st: AC Room, 2nd: Merchandise Prizes
  • All other divisions: Merchandise prizes from VA sponsors
  • Junior Girls 18U, 16U, 14U: Trip to AC for the Volley America Junior Nationals ($200/player for travel expenses + entry fee) 

Fees: 

  • $10 Late Fee for all teams who pay on the beach
  • $100 for MO
  • $40/team for 4s & 6s Divisions
  • $60 for all other divisions

Notes:

  • Divisions with less than 8 teams may be merged with other divisions at tournament director`s discretion
  • Merged divisions will still have playoffs for National Ranking Points and Grand Prix Points

  • Prizes awarded to top 4 teams in a divisions (top 3 teams for divisions with less than 8 teams)

    Volley America Membership is required for all players.  Memberships are $15 if completed online, or $20 if done on the beach the day of the event.  All memberships run for a year from the day of purchase.  Members can log in using their member ID number and password to see if membership is active or inactive.  All membership fees are used for the $40,000 Beach Grand Prix, the $10,000 Grass Grand Prix, the Junior Grand Prix, a National Ranking System, Regional Championships, the end of season National Championship and event liability insurance.

    Directions:
    From Long Island: Southern State Pkwy to Meadowbrook Pkwy south to Loop Pkwy. Right at end onto Lido Blvd (changes to Park Ave) Left at Laurelton Blvd to ocean, free parking. From Verrazano Bridge: Take Belt Parkway (Shore Pkwy) east towards Eastern LI and JFK airport. Near airport get off at Nassau Expressway (Rte 878) exit. Take Nassau Expressway, which becomes Rockaway Blvd (Follow signs for Long Beach or Atlantic Beach Bridge) to Rte 878. Go over Atlantic Beach Bridge and make left onto Park St/Beech St. Go through commercial section and make right on New York Ave. Make left on Broadway. Go 1.5 miles to Laurelton Blvd. Make right to event site at boardwalk. By Train: LIRR to Long Beach. Leaving the station go across Park Ave. right, make left on Laurelton Blvd. and walk south towards Ocean. Enter beach at Laurelton Blvd. from the boardwalk.
